Here at InvisibleTouch HQ and indeed throughout the SMART repair industry, we often get customers questioning our pricing, claiming we are too expensive, or it’s only a small amount of damage, or I could do it myself it’s easy! Often this response is due to the customer not knowing what is really involved in the repair.
Here I am going to give a very brief run-through of the general process. This is a very basic repair with no filler or other repairs required to the bumper and is just intended to give an insight in to what is involved. Numerous stages, processes and techniques have been missed out, this is not a guide how to do it yourself, it is solely to give an idea why a repair takes as long as it does, and why the price is probably a bit higher than first expected.
